Elizabeth has more than a decade of experience in finance leadership across SaaS and technology companies, with a strong record of building scalable financial systems in venture-backed and high-growth environments. She has extensive experience partnering with executive teams and boards on capital planning, financial reporting, and governance frameworks that position companies for long-term value creation and transaction readiness.
She previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Chain.io, a SaaS logistics technology platform serving global enterprise clients, where she built the company's financial infrastructure, led annual audits and SOC2 compliance initiatives, and supported venture capital fundraising through financial modeling and investor diligence.
Elizabeth holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Accounting and Financial Management, and a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University.
