Built into Banyan’s LIVE Connect® platform, these powerful capabilities bring ‘always-on’ operational functionality and flexible business analytics directly into the workflows logistics teams use every day.

  • Tracking Updates Agent: Contacts the driver or carrier for current location and delivery status, then records those updates automatically in LIVE Connect.
  • Missed Pickup/Delivery Agent: Automatically identifies shipments that have missed estimated pickup or delivery timelines and initiates outreach to obtain updated timing and status.
  • Missing Documents Agent: Contacts carriers to request missing PODs or BOLs, captures how documents will be sent and records the update for the team.
